Anthony W. Holder, President

As Process Pink's President, Mr. Holder oversees all revenue and customer operations, as well as business development and affinity partnerships. Previously, Mr. Holder founded Money Movers of America ("MMOA"), a leading ACH processor and served as its Chairman and CEO. Prior to MMOA, Mr. Holder served as a National Sales Director for First National Processing of Illinois, where he developed very close relationships with FNP's senior managers, owners, and ISO's. Prior to working in the Payment Processing Industry Mr. Holder was a well respected member of the Chicago Banking Community. Working for such organizations as St. Paul Federal Bank and MONY (Mutual of New York), Mr. Holder accumulated extensive financial management experience. In 1996 Mr. Holder received series 6 & 63 Certification with a Series 7 Certification to follow in 1997. These licenses gave him the ability to customize Estate Planning and Investment Analysis plans for small to mid-sized Businesses. Mr. Holder received the Million Dollar Round Table award in 1998 for recognition of Investment and Insurance Premiums raised for that year. Mr. Holder is an alumnus of The University of Illinois at Chicago and Robert Morris Business College where he obtained an Associates Degree in Business Management.

James Costanzo, Vice President

As Process Pink's Vice President, Mr. Costanzo is responsible for developing the marketing strategy for account growth and new client development. Mr. Costanzo has a proven solution-selling track record with over 13 years of National Accounts experience. His keen ability to lead teams, identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions has consistently reduced implementation costs, increased revenue growth, and produced significant sales results. Previously Mr. Costanzo served as a President and COO of Money Movers of America ("MMOA"), a leading ACH processor. Prior to MMOA, Mr. Costanzo worked for 1stMed Marketing Group ("1stMed"), a sales organization dedicated to Medical Billing Transactions. Prior to 1stMed Mr. Costanzo worked for a Chicago-based telecommunications giant RCN. Prior to RCN, Mr. Costanzo worked closely with Mr. Holder at First Fidelity International, Mr. Costanzo was key in moving the organization into 400 new applications per month. Developing Cross Selling Techniques and hosting training Seminars, Mr. Costanzo was also instrumental in recruiting dozens of new sales reps Nationwide.

Oleg Firer, Executive Chairman

Mr. Firer is an experienced leader with the knowledge in corporate transactions, financial services, wireless technology and logistics. The success he has had in the past includes experience as a senior operations manager, building presence and generating profitability in highly competitive markets. He also has proven achievements in new product launch, new market development and establishing market presence. Previously, Mr. Firer served as the Chairman, President and CEO of Acies Corporation (NASDAQ: ACIE.OB), a provider of payment processing solutions to small-to-medium size merchants in the United States. Prior to Acies, Mr. Firer served as the Chief Operating Officer for Digital Wireless Universe, a leading B2B distributor of wireless voice and data communications products and services. Under his leadership, the Company developed an automated credit risk management and wireless procurement systems. His work prior to Digital Wireless Universe involved serving as a Managing Partner of CellCellCell, LLC, a premier online distributor of wireless products and services; Vice President for SpeedUS Corp., a NASDAQ-traded holding company that owns an equity interest in diverse businesses, as well as a pioneer of Local Multipoint Distribution System ("LMDS").

Chris Anderson,CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Anderson is Senior Level Executive with extensive hands-on experience in management, business leadership and working with Board of Directors, banks and attorneys. In his role, he is responsible for all aspects of the company's financial operations. Mr. Anderson was previously employed at CheckFree Services Corporation as a vice president and member of the Executive Management Team for the Software Division from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, Fiserv acquired CheckFree, and Mr. Anderson was then appointed President of Fiserv Cash and Logistics, a software division focused on providing cash supply chain solutions to the international banking sector. During his tenure, Anderson inaugurated an ambitious cross-enterprise strategic initiative designed to install and maintain Fiserv Cash & Logistics as the leader in its space. Before joining CheckFree/Fiserv in 2005, Anderson served seven years as Chief Financial Officer for London Bridge Group of North America, Inc., a global software company, which later was acquired by Fair Isaac Corporation. Anderson's key responsibilities included leading daily operations, finance, human resources and administration, as well having direct responsibility for the execution and integration of numerous acquisitions in the U.S. Anderson's background also includes working for various private companies, as well as working for Arthur Andersen and Deloitte &Touche in their audit, tax, and management consulting practices, serving high growth clients in the software and technology sectors. Anderson is a Summa Cum Laude graduate in Managerial Economics from the University of California and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Sheila G. Corvino, Esq, Chief Legal Officer

Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Cynergy Data since October 2009; General Counsel of Pipeline Data since June 2007, Corporate Secretary of Pipeline Data since February 2009. Mrs. Corvino has represented Pipeline Data since March 2000. From 2000 to 2005, Mrs. Corvino also served as lead corporate counsel to Eweb 21, a pioneer in social networking and ecommerce with corporate headquarters in Seoul, South Korea, executive offices in London and branches in Tokyo, Sydney, Hong Kong and Manila. Mrs. Corvino worked directly with the Eweb chairman and chief executive officer on world-wide corporate transactions, franchise opportunities and financing arrangements with, among others, Soft Bank and the South Korean government. From 1995, Mrs. Corvino concentrated on international, corporate and securities laws, representing various entities in New York, London and Vienna. She developed a niche practice consulting for U.S. law firms on special matters representing both onshore and offshore corporations going public in the U.S. and foreign companies being acquired by U.S. entities. Mrs. Corvino practiced at Battle Fowler (merged into Paul Hastings Janofsky and Walker) concentrating in corporate and securities law from June 1987 to September 1993 and as in-house counsel at The Dreyfus Corporation from October 1993 to January 1995. Mrs. Corvino is a three-time American Jurisprudence Award winner, a graduate of St. John's University Law School and was a published member of its law review.
